How do customers make a payment?
Customers open a hosted checkout link, review the merchant and amount, then scan the QR code or open a supported UPI app on mobile. RizPay shows the payment result after verification.
Who is the workspace for?
The workspace is for the platform administrator. It includes merchant management, transaction history, reports, gateway settings and audit logs. Customers use the checkout link and do not need an admin account.
Can I connect my website?
Yes. Your server can create a payment using merchant API credentials. Sign in to the workspace to read the integration documentation. Credentials must stay on your server.
Where can I see fees and payment records?
Transactions and reports show the configured platform charges and tax breakdown. The accounting ledger records confirmed payments; it does not represent bank settlements or executed payouts.
